Joplings Lettings Department Gain Valuable Knowledge

Claire Ryder, Sam Torkington and Helen Fessey from our lettings department attended the ARLA regional meeting at York on Thursday 14 February 2013. There were two guest speakers Ian Potter, Managing Director of ARLA who gave a talk on current issues within the letting industry and Robert Bolwell, Dutton Gregory Solicitors regarding legislation updates. The meeting concluded with a brief update on the new gas regulations from Andy Norton of Norton’s Heating & Plumbing Engineers.

New Branded Cars For Joplings

Having succeeded in their extensive re-branding and system improvement projects, Joplings Property Consultants are extending their business improvement plan to encompass their business vehicles. Each of the Ripon and Thirsk branches now has a brand new Volkswagen Polo to assist staff in their daily duties.

Michael Stephenson, General Manager, said “We were keen to introduce company vehicles for many reasons. Foremost, these cars are incredibly safe and economical which is a primary concern for all road users in these times. Furthermore, they look very professional in the new livery and will alleviate the need for staff to provide their own vehicle for work”.
