Position:                    Lettings Negotiator

Reports to:                Lettings Manager


The successful applicant will be required to have a good communication skills, to provide administrative support to the current team in the day to day running of the office, work on own initiative, alongside current team and a good level of computer literacy.


The key duties of the post are as follows:-

General Duties

  • Telephone call to and from clients, tenants and      contractors
  • Maintain client folders managed and let only
  • Arrange viewings
  • Reference prospective tenants
  • Register applicants on Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Vebra Software

  • Updating property lists
  • Updating mailing list on Vebra
  • Updating Window cards and property details
  • Property matches on Vebra

CFP Software

  • Input clients and tenants details into lettings package
  • Notifying utility companies and council tax office with      new tenants details
  • Create inventories and take meter readings
  • Liase with tenants for Property Inspections
  • Arrange annual gas and electrical safety check


37.5 hours per week

Rota for 1 in 3 Saturday – 9am to 1pm
