JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:                  Residential Sales Negotiator

Reports to:               Sales Manager

 

AIM

The successful applicant will be required to have excellent communication skills, responding to all enquiries, making appointments and taking a proactive approach to generating new business. Working on own initiative, maintaining client relationships, providing feedback and handling sale progressions through to completion.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key duties of the post are as follows:-

General Duties

  • Negotiating Sales and progressing
  • Collecting information about a property and arranging for photographs to be taken
  • Telephone calls to and from vendors and purchasers
  • Obtain feedback from viewings and update client
  • Maintain client folders
  • Arrange & carry out viewings
  • Arrange EPC & Floorplans

Vebra Software

  • Updating property lists
  • Updating mailing list on Vebra
  • Updating Window cards and property details
  • Property matches on Vebra

 

HOURS

37.5 hours per week 9am – 5.30pm

Saturday – 9am to 1pm (on a rota basis)

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Qualifications / Knowledge And Experience
E – Experience as a sales negotiator/working in estate agency

E – Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths

E – Is computer literate and as good knowledge of MS Office

D – Working within an office environment

 

Additional Factors

E – Commitment to maintain high customer care standards

E – Hold a driving licence and use of car
