At the end of a lease a Schedule of Dilapidation is drawn up giving details of any repairs and maintenance items which remain outstanding and any unauthorised work which needs to be reverted.

We will examine the lease and other paperwork and record any tenant’s obligations which have not been fulfilled. Approximate costings can also be provided. The Schedule forms a basis for negotiating a successful settlement.
