We offer three levels of building surveys, the Basic Survey, RICS Homebuyer Report and Full Building Survey.
Each surveys will aim to pick up the major defects relating to dampness, timber decay and structural movement. The condition of the main elements of the property will be commented upon.

To give you peace of mind that you are paying the correct market value in the current market, we are able to comment upon the agreed purchase price.
If there are issues you would like to look at specifically, we will make make a note of this before the survey and comment upon these within our verbal and written report.
If you plan to carry out an extension, loft conversion, or internal alterations to the property which you are buying, we are also able to provide you with design and construction advice.
We make contact with you shortly after we carry out the survey, to provide you with our initial feedback and findings. The written report will follow approximately 5 to 7 working days later.
